プライバシーポリシー
Hermes（以下「本アプリ」）は、開発者が自分のパソコンで動かし、開発者本人だけが使う個人用の AI アシスタントです。このページでは、本アプリが Google のデータをどう扱うかを説明します。
1. 取得する情報
本人が Google アカウントで許可した範囲で、次の情報を取得します。
- Google ドライブのファイルの名前・種類・更新日時・リンク
- 本人が読むよう頼んだファイルの中身
- 本アプリが作ったファイルの中身
2. 使い方
取得した情報は、本人の依頼に答えるため（ファイルを探す・読む・要約する・下書きを保存する）だけに使います。広告、販売、AI モデルの学習には使いません。
3. 保存と処理
アクセス用のトークンと会話の記録は、開発者本人のパソコンの中に保存します。ファイルの中身は、原則としてそのパソコン上で動く AI モデルで処理します。開発者のサーバーやデータベースに送ることはありません。
4. 第三者への提供
取得した情報を第三者に販売したり提供したりしません。ただし、本人が会話の中で外部の AI モデルを選んだ場合は、返答を作るために、その会話の内容がそのモデルの提供元に送られることがあります。
5. Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーの遵守
本アプリが Google API から受け取った情報の利用と、ほかのアプリへの移転は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定的使用の要件を含む）に従います。
6. 許可の取り消しとデータの削除
本アプリへの許可は、Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」からいつでも取り消せます。取り消すと、本アプリは Google ドライブに接続できなくなります。パソコンに保存したトークンと記録は、本人が削除できます。
7. 変更
このポリシーを変えるときは、このページを更新し、制定日の下に改定日を記します。
Privacy Policy (English summary)
Hermes is a personal AI assistant used only by its developer on their own computer. With the user's permission it accesses Google Drive file metadata (names, types, dates, links), the contents of files the user asks it to read, and files it created. This data is used only to fulfil the user's own requests and is never sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Tokens and conversation history are stored only on the developer's computer, and file contents are processed by a local AI model by default. Data is not shared with third parties, except that if the user chooses an external AI model in a conversation, that conversation may be sent to the model's provider to generate a reply. Hermes's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions.
